Right now, IMAGINE yourself saying or doing something embarrasing in front of someone, and examine at their facial reactions. Tell yourself, "how bad really is it? They don't affect me. So what, who cares if I blush?" Write this down, read it and believe it as if it were factual. Say this statement over and over especially during anxiety-provoking situations.

Anxiety can do anything.
People usually mix anxiety symptoms with actual panic attacks.
Youc an go months without attacks, but you will still have anxiety symptoms like muscle twitches and the chest tightness you are feeling.
There is way too much focus on actual attacks. They need to focus more on daily symtoms and sensations.
