He was sick. In those days medication and correct diagnoses weren't as readily available as today. He was undiagnosed bipolar and had grand mal seizures. The meds for that kicked his ass and only made his depression worse. I'm not advocating suicide or giving him a pass but this wasn't a kid looking for attention. He had a serious sickness. Just the same as cancer or any other awful disease. New Order blew it with their direction.
