People usually mix anxiety symptoms with actual panic attacks.
Youc an go months without attacks, but you will still have anxiety symptoms like muscle twitches and the chest tightness you are feeling.
There is way too much focus on actual attacks. They need to focus more on daily symtoms and sensations.

I am 15 years old,and I got diagnosed with Anxiety disorder when I was 12,which all started from a scary situation for me.I had it really bad when I was 12 and 13.But When i was 14, it was much better.I had attacks, but I knew how to deal with them, just saying I am not going to die!
